Yes on poorly trained and scared more assumption as I'm sure I would be if I knew my opponents had the U.S firepower. But obviously the whole situation is still not clear.
Early eyewitness reports are suggesting that troops may have left automatic anti aircraft guns on tracking which caused the downing of the plane after 2 minutes or less in the air and so under 4000ft flight level and hence why I say poorly trained. The cause hasn't been defined yet bur we should know soon enough.

Yes, the black box will be interesting. They were hearding people with guns I read through twitter feeds and this might have something to do with the stampede.

Plausible. I don't think you can completely rule out the agenda of the country that most wants a US-Iran war too however.
