And who sets the worth of labor? Cartels of a concentrated few business owners who collude to inflate their profit and shrink their costs?
No way.
Since 1969, the American worker has worked harder than ever measured by productivity and yet take-home pay keeps on shrinking. The American worker has been getting an effective pay cut for fifty years. This is not free market economics: this is exploitation. Raise the minimum wage and level the playing field. MAKE the value of labor recognized for what it is: the wealth of our nation comes from work and it should be treated with the respect it deserves.
