The Thinker | TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY THEY WOULD BACK OUT OF DEAL THAT THE US ISN'T EVEN INVOLVED IN. | image tagged in the thinker | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
If they chose to remain in the deal, and compliant (which I've heard contrary information on), why on Earth use a Trump action to back out? The USA is no longer a part of the "Deal" anyway. Iran is playing games with the IAEA, withholding information about undeclared nuclear material to this day. The IAEA has stated this in their last Sept report that, while other areas of inspection are o.k. they seem to be looking for missing nuclear material. So, while it appears on the surface that Iran is in compliance, the possibility exists that they have just been hiding their work.

In November the Director General was still asking for compliance from Iran, stating "'As I reported to the Board on November 7th, the Agency has detected natural uranium particles of anthropogenic origin at a location in Iran not declared to the Agency,” Mr Feruta said. “We have continued our interactions with Iran since then, but have not received any additional information and the matter remains unresolved.”

A meeting between the Agency and Iran is scheduled next week in Tehran to discuss the matter, he said.
'It is essential that Iran works with the Agency to resolve this matter promptly. I call upon Iran to provide full and timely cooperation with the Agency in implementing its Safeguards Agreement and Additional Protocol,' Mr Feruta added."

Iran and North Korea are not so different from one another, being that they are both part of the "Axis of Evil" lol.

"Axis of evil?" Seriously? That's a WW2-grade juvenility repurposed by Bush Junion ("we totally swar they have WMDs!!!") that means nothing.

As John Adams said, "Great is the guilt of an unneccesary war." Which that one was. And a lot more that you don't know about.

Iran believes nukes are anti-Islam, which is why Bibi's lies for twenty years that "omg they're only 6 months away from nuking you omg omg omg!!!" has ALWAYS been a lie to make you go invade them. Like the stupid puppet they see us as. So far we mostly haven't disappointed them, either. Go invade like a frightened, angry robot.

Like they predicted they would do, and then did, with Afghanistan. Like they did with Iraq. Like they did with Libya. Like they almost did but didn't entirely fail to do, with Syria.

North Korea saw us lie to Libya that we wouldn't invade if they gave up their WMDs and then invaded them anyway. But Kim's actually not crazy like his grandfather or dad. He saw the West attending a school in Europe under a false identity.

He's not suicidal, he wants his people to stop starving. He has to posture occasionally so his military doesn't suddenly turn on him, but his interest in peace is real. That's why he met with Trump in person at the border.

In all of NK history, that was UNHEARD OF AND UNTHINKABLE.

Stop being manipulated by the special interest war propagandeers.

Calm down pussbot. Adults were talking and you clearly don't understand a little humor when you see it.

The humor part was fine, I called Clinton on that shit back when it happened.

But there are real people trying to manufacture real lies against Iran to create a real war.

Trust me, I supported draining the swamp. But if Trump turned the figurative pistol on me - or a bot like you - I'm capable of returning fire.

Only people clamoring about war are lefties and gullible, mindless millennials. We killed a guy who needed to be killed, period. All else is useless speculation.

So you're capable of returning fire. That's mighty brave of you. I'm sure your sacrifice will be told for generations to come. Good thing Murica has pussbots like yourself to keep us safe.

plenty of "bad hombres" to go around, but if that is the impetus,it is an incredibly weak one.

and it has been used, successfully I might add,to excuse some of this biggest blunders of past administrations.none of these actions have made us safer,or prevented war,or destructive military excursions.

in fact, they have created the exact opposite effect.

and I will also add, that the utilization of the "bad dude" justification, ignores America's penchant for supporting dictatorial "bad dudes" across the globe, but in those cases,WE installed them or help fascillitate their rise to power and we,as a nation, are perfectly fine with THOSE "bad dudes".

our selective hypocrisy is quite blatant, and repugnant.

It's a messed up foreign policy to be sure. No one is our friend there, but I kinda sorta maybe support the idea of keeping our enemies fighting each other under our supervision (smirk) so as to keep them all weakened too much to coalesce into one more super power with a religious agenda that promotes a prophetic and long sought after Armageddon. Either that, or just turn the area to glass and be done with it, because they aren't going to stop mixing their 6th century ideologies with modern implements of war until they destroy everything in their sphere of influence. And I'm just speaking to the bad elements that seem to always be in control, not the good people of these nations that just want to be left alone.

you a smart fella,i think you would appreciate a book by chalmers Johnson written in 1999 called 'blowback".
he practically predicted 9/11.

now there are some really fantastic historians and political theorists that have spent their entire careers laying out the rich and complicated histories in the parsian/arabian regions.

but Johnson,a former CIA analysts and professor of history, lays it out in the most comprehensive, and easy to digest way.
prett sure he has a few interviews on youtube.totally worth your time my friend.

The most likely people to be pussbots are those who trot the term out first.

False dichotomy. The lefties opposed the action for the wrong reasons. The libertarians and Constitutionalists opposed it for the right ones. Those who make it past 6th grade are capable of understanding the distinction. You should give it a try too.
