Nice try, but laws don't Trump the constitution which says he can respond to attacks against the US without congresses permission.

They have no problem with trying to repeal the second amendment. The Constitution only matters when people are too scared to defend this nation and the Constitution. That same Constitution says the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. Period.
