I was brought up as a catholic and never believed that the pope was Christ's representative on earth. I knew that was BS.

Well that's their position, not mine.

1. She didn't just touch him
2. He didn't "slap the shit out of her." He smacked her hand twice to get her to release him, after he had already told her to let him go.

If you watch the video, she grabbed him and yanked him towards her. You can then see him tell her to let him go. She refuses to comply. He was simply defending himself from an attack. I don't believe he is God's representative on earth, but he has absolutely nothing to apologize for regarding this paticular incident.

1.) It's the Catholic Church that says he's Christ's representative on Earth.
2.) In no way ever, even if she had punched him, would Christ have responded that way. Remember the turn the other cheek stuff?
3.) So yes, he should apologize for his MMA routine when he should have turned the other cheek.
