Oh, I forgot to add violating separation of powers doctrine (Pelosi cannot place demands on the Senate do anything, since it's a different body).
'Quid pro quo' and 'blackmail' (Pelosi: I'll only give you the Articles, IF you give me the 'trial' conditions I want), and 'obstruction of Congress' (Pelosi withholding Articles, denying the process to proceed in the Senate)....
There's SO much wrong, destructive, and non-Constitutional with what these Corruptocrats fabricated and done, that it's almost mind-boggling. Pelosi does know it's terminally flawed, and cannot submit that feces, without trying to first turn it into a controllable fuster-cluck... It'll be interesting to see if she just simply attempts to hold on to them indefinitely, and try to use them as some sort of leverage, or false 'conviction'..... AND, of course, to 'kavanaugh' it all, by producing more phony 'witnesses' and articles, and creating yet more circus, whenevern and wherever possible.

What am I saying?

Pelosi can say whatever she wants about impeachment, and the Senate can listen or not. It’s not a violation of the Constitution for the leader of the House and the leader of the Senate to negotiate with each other over any issue at all.

Pelosi is doing her best to ensure that McConnell — who has publicly announced he is unable to be “impartial” during this Senate trial, which would be in violation of his own oath to the Constitution — gets the message that the impeachment trial needs to be a fair one.

It is simply not a violation of the Constitution for her to do any of that.

And there is no constitutional requirement that Pelosi turn over the Articles on any specific timetable.

She will turn over the Articles eventually. This conservative hyperventilating over a few days’ delay to clarify process is ridiculous.

Ridiculous. The 'House' was very far from 'impartial', it's hee-larious. It's also funny how you 'cite' Constitutional 'requirement', and then say Pelosi can do whatever she wants. But if McConnell recognises the scam, sham, and flim-flam, and treating it for what it is, somehow he's 'impartial'.... Sheer lunacy... And yet you eat it right up, and will hold your breath for as long as they say to -- yet again and again...
But I am surprised you were able to take time out from your studies of reading the Mueller report, and petitioning the Electoral College to changing its mind over the 2016 result.... Although, feel free to waste 4-5 more years of your life, with endless 'get-Trump', 'get-Trump', 'get-Trump' TDS.
