At least when liberals and conservatives argue over politics, it’s actually pretty hard to say what the actual truth is. Conspiracy theorists don’t make things any easier for those who want to have an actual debate.

Despite my glib response to you above, I do not believe this meme is truly mockery. It is merely a graphic depiction of the beliefs that OP himself admitted to. In fact: this meme is not even original content but a verbatim repost of another meme I found on Google images for flat earthers.

The term "Flat earther" itself is short and accurate shorthand for those who believe the earth is flat. The fact that flat earthers act butthurt about this term is not a good reason to censor ourselves from using it. It's not a slur based on identity characteristics like race, gender, or sexuality. It's a description of wrongheaded attitudes, which are fair game for ridicule all day long.

But yes, flat-earther beliefs are more readily disproven and therefore worthy of mockery than almost any other set of beliefs I can think of.
