It’s a website dedicated to disproving conspiracy theories. Very much hated by people that love conspiracies.

Their idea of separating fact from fiction leaves a lot of room for unbiased judgment.

I trust snopes las much as I do leaving hamburger locked in a room with a starving dog.

I used to, back in the day when they actually fact-checked stuff like scam emails, but once they started "fact-checking" Babylon Bee, that's when I noticed they stopped being contextual.
