There is nothing in the Constitution about withholding Articles of Impeachment.

Not. One. F**king. Word.

The House held a vote, as required by the Constitution. Now the House is required to transmit those Articles to the Senate, which has the sole power of trial over Impeachment. The role of the House is over. Anything they do, any action that is not transmittal is a violation of the Constitution. Every democrat violating the Constitution should be arrested and tried on treason charges.
