I am clean not always sober; I have just come fully vegan. I was doing a little bit of fish and dairy and then decided I want to move on from that. I quit smoking I am vaping. From the vegetarianism I am in really good shape for a 43 year old. I got a barrage of tests recently and all really good news. I have to get regular bloods because I am on HRT and they are always good so far.

I can't read at the level I used to. But I can remember a lot of the epics that I read heaps of Fiction plenty of fact. Like for example Raymond E. Feist's Riftwar Cycle which is like 30 books.

I can keep it all in my head. He wrote a book a year since the 80s and is a treat for anyone now to read the books as they please instead of waiting for the latest one each year.
