Because all the Dems and their cohorts involved in the Ukriane were on the take (and some Repubs, and the Agency for sure for decades), one woman from the US State Department was made a citizen of Ukriane and their Minister of Finance in a single day. Lt Col Vindman, an active member of the US Military, was offered to become a Ukrainian cabinet minister six times. They only recently had an election where the people voted out the oligarch puppet put there by the Obama administration, when he, hillbagz, biden and nuland overthrew their country in a bloody coup with the help of neo-nazis, electing a tv personality president because they were sick of the massive corruption and money laundering going on. That stuff takes time to change, if it's even possible (unlikely).
