kinda silly of you ask me,and it ignores the far deeper,and troubling,under-pinnings of the hong kong protesters,which may have started out organically,but has since turned into a Godzilla of battling nation states by proxy.
and it is getting ugly.
i also find it interesting how American corporate media lauds the hong kong protesters as somehow being freedom fighters,while conveniently ignoring the powerful,monied interests that have taken up residence in those protests.they have also conveniently ignored chile' and the almost 20 other uprising across the globe,where people are being killed,maimed,tortured and disappeared into political prisons.
they have only laser focused on hong kong,and created this almost Disney narrative.
i find it grotesque.
