The Trump University Case is a good example. He was accused of fraud and a few other things. He drew the proceedings out as long as possible, costing the state a lot of money. He then offered a large cash settlement, which was a fraction of what he cheated people out of. He offered to get out of the fake university system and enter a plea that made the state look good. They accepted, he avoided a conviction and made money off of suckers, again. In the case of the Donald J. Trump Trust, he agreed to close the phony charity for good and he and his children can never hold a position of importance with a charity for life. Like O.J., he bought justice. Most of the rest of the cases, he stopped doing what he was doing, or settled otherwise.
