Some of those are indeed just memes on a meme site like this, but some are out in the greater public, like twitter, and grafitti on physical ads. That's because it's generally publicly acceptable to hate certain groups to that degree right now, like conservatives, white men, cis heterosexual men, cops, etc.
I think I've seen one or two like it on this particular site, but I'm not 100% sure. I normally only see memes that have gotten traction, and let's face it, that's rarely left-wing memes.
