ah, okay, now I get what you're talking about - although I've never seen that movie, well at least not the whole thing. I think the meme world on the whole now uses it just at anyone who melts at the slightest critique. What strikes me about the two two incidents, is that back with the elder Trudeau and Nixon, people would throw around rather harsh insults, and laugh them off. What the younger Trudeau said was so entirely mild, but in our Internet age went viral, and Trump is rather famous for being easily insulted. The meme is probably not my best work, it's not very subtle at all, I had a few pints in me.
