The Democrats have tried to impeach every Republican President since Nixon . That's an abuse of power .

Even if that was true, and it's not, so what? The Republicans impeached Clinton and wanted to impeach Obama. Again, so what? What does that have to do with Trumpian authoritarianism? What does that have to do with Bill Barr's proposal to stop police protection of an entire community if a few of them protest the police?
