There is no "Deep State". That's just fiction invented by the Right to use as an excuse.

Um, the deep state does exist. It may not be some secret society hellbent on creating a globalist empire like Alex Jones would tell you; rather it's the system of bureaucracy that's been running for who knows how long doing all it can to resist change.

So, it's nonpartisan then.

Not towards regular establishment Rs and Ds, no. Someone who shakes things up like Trump currently or Bernie if he gets elected in 2020 is a threat to the deep state and will do everything in its power to keep the current system in place.

There has always been small groups of insiders rigging the system, call them whatever you want, I call them deep state.
