I dont know, those people who have shaken my hand and looked downward as they spoke something, seemed to me to think they where better than me. And Putin looks to me like he doesn't view Obama as an equal and Obama looks like he cant read what is going on, unsure.

Whereas Putin and Trump have maintained eye contact during the shake pictured and this would suggest that they are equals and respect each other.

So maybe your partly correct if you said Putin and Trump are friends or friendly. But Obama is not held by Putin to be his equal.
