She is the main heroine in the pokemon games X Y and Z. She is also in the anime. Her character in the game is mainly just for the pokemon game role play. She really has no personality in the game because she's just the avatar. In the anime she is portrayed as sweet and mostly innocent despite her crush on the main character of the anime.

The game is more so of the storyline and the anime is (kinda) based off the game. The game came first.

that's actually a good point, this is most definitely and aged up version, I would say at the very youngest 16. since pokemon is a japanese creation, character legality should be held to japanese standards, in this case 13 (it's f**ked up, but it's the law none the less). the character has no personality, so I guess that makes them acceptable. however, I did see some Marnie lewds, and marnie is most DEFINITELY innocent and adorable. however, they also aren't very lewd, only just barely. so starmankid IS a clean user, f o r n o w
