This is pink and white to me but now that I look closely it also looks teal and gray

They are special shades of color that you see differently depending on which side of your brain is most dominant. If you see real and grey then the left side of your brain is dominant, but if you see pink and white than the right side of your brain is dominant. I personally can't see anything but grey and teal. Sorry if I ruined the meme btw.
