4th Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

His banking records, as a private citizen, are protected by the constitution.

Shocker! You defend another of his lies!

The only reason he's transparent is we can see right through his bullshit. He promised he would show them. And lied. Lied about audits. you know it's almost like he has something to hide.

If they are protected, then he should have said that. INSTEAD HE LIED.

Which part of the 4th amendment is a lie?

His actions as President are public, and in that he has been very transparent.

His actions as a private citizen are private, and protected by the 4th amendment.

Look at how transparent he is:

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6585565/Trump-reportedly-confiscated-translators-notes-meeting-Putin.html

Just two more examples that I'm sure you will have an excuse.

With the current "cancel culture", I don't blame him for taking visitor records offline. Anyone known to have visited the POTUS risks being doxxed and/or having protesters at their home. Reporters who are simply friendly to the administration have been attacked, had their homes surrounded by protesters, or had their lives or the lives of their families threatened.

Just like the Ukraine call, negotiations with foreign leaders is classified. There isn't any reason the translators should get to keep the notes of a classified meeting once their job is done.

Except these were down two years ago, not something done within the last months. But there you go once again justifying every little thing. It's absolutely pathetic to watch.

As usual no matter what he said, you have an excuse for. He said he was being transparent, I show you that he's not and you're like "Well here's why he's covering things up" News flash stable genius, that's not transparent.

And when was the last time a conservative was doxxed, attacked, or protested at their home? It happens all-the-time! It's been happened constantly since Trump was nominated.

What's to cover up with White House visitors? Do you think the Secret Service doesn't know who's going in and out? As leaky as White House staff is, how long do you think it would take for a questionable visitor to be outed?

NOT TRANSPARENT IF HE'S COVERING UP. I don't know how many times I have to spell that out to you. You are just making up excuse after excuse to justify yet another Donnie lie.

Whatever. He could sneeze and you'd be pissed that he used the wrong tissue paper. When you 're outraged over everything, your outrage ends up having no value - it means nothing. The rest of us look at you like you have two heads - you're a freak.

If Trump farted in an elevator, Jeffie would decry it as a violent war crime gas attack.

And if he sneezed you'd think "Those are the most beautiful boogers ever. I wish I could rub them on my face* Name calling? Well guess who lost the argument according to you.

You're offended by everything, so it doesn't seem to matter.

Nice gay joke, by the way! I would be offended, but nothing offends me....it's like a superpower - that and the ability to exhale carbon dioxide.

Says nothing offends him, attacks me every chance I posts a meme he doesn't agree with. Nice job running away. And clearly the truth offends you, that's why you chose to ignore it.

You're a squeaky toy, and I'm going to play with you until you break (which should be early November 2020)

I'm sure you think Stephen Miller's racist emails are okay too? Because he's a private citizen as well?

Did I say the 4th Amendment was a lie? I said he lied. He swore time and time again he would show his taxes but he's doing everything in his power to prevent that from happening.

I guess when Trump called the Emoluments clause "phony" it was okay? Which by the way is also in the Constitution, can't have it both ways.

His taxes also occurred when he was President btw.

I'm sure the SPLC was fair in their assessment of the Stephen Miller emails....yeah right. I trust Tijuana tapwater more than I trust an SPLC opinion. They're about as trustworthy as a post-Taco Bell fart.

He called the emoluments accusations phony. Nice try though.

You don't seem to understand that the President can also be a private citizen.... His personal taxes are private and protected by the 4th amendment. The President is under no legal obligation to release any tax documents. Ask any lawyer about the 4th amendment, and they'll be happy to tell you how it works.

Personally, I don't give a shit about his tax returns. They are 100% his business.

Woah, wait. You don't think he called the emoluments clause phony?

And of course you don't. In your eyes, he can do no wrong. Imagine if a Democrat refused to show taxes, would you feel the same way?

Trump said 1 sentence about the emoluments clause, and it was not exactly a clear statement. I took it as him saying the accusations were phony in his non-eloquent way of speaking, which is what he says about pretty much everything he's accused of.

It's not like he doesn't get accused of everything under the sun anyway.

I give zero shits about the tax returns of politicians. Was I not clear about that? They're all crooks, and I'm sure they all have their money squirreled away in places where it will look innocent. I'd say that Hillary did the worst job with the Clinton Foundation - I mean, that bribery conduit is about as out in the open as it could have possibly been.

Even Fox News disagrees with you. Oh, and here's a tweet from Don The Con where he calls it Ridiculous. Which I'm sure you will agree him because that seems to be your sole purpose of living.

https://twitter.com/realdonaldtrump/status/1148971885457285120

Don't be pissed because she can still ruin a charity but Donnie can't. In fact he got fined 2 millions dollars for his corruption. Her rating was an A. His? F.

But as usual it doesn't matter. Because you continue to defend him despite all the evidence thrown in your face.

Fox News disagrees with me? And I thought in the entire world, it was only you!

And what about his tweet? Where he attacks the clause calling it ridiculous? He's against the clause because it means he can't have the G7 had Bedbug Central and make money for himself and his family. Too bad we don't seem to be able to use it when he makes money on his golf trips or when he sends Pency to his Ireland resort. He's using the Presidency to make money. Which is why he's illegally selling products with the Presidential logo. But none of that matters to you!
