Tbh im slowly losing interest in this community now. I scroll through the first three pages for some quality memes but most of them are either reposts or upvote begging memes or anti- upvoting memes (its the indirect way to ask for upvotes ib). Lately, its been taking too long for my memes to get featured, and because of this they don't get enough views. I saw the same meme that i made some time ago on the front page which got like 250 upvotes but my meme didn't even get 100 views lol.

No, it was a statement on how few imgflip participants give upvotes on good memes. And I can't for the life of me understand memes that get hundreds or thousands of view, are obviously liked by a great number of people, but very few of those people will take the time or put in the effort to give an upvote.

You're probably right though.

I wouldn't be surprised if people had high thresholds for upvotes though. Generally, if I would send it to my family, I will upvote it.
