Underrated axes

We all know the greats, Jimi, SRV,Page,Beck, Clapton, VH,Allman, Rhodes, Iommi, Blackmore, Gilmore,Vai, Engvei M (not going to try to spell it lol), Satrinanni , Frampton,Angus Y, Knopfler etc.

but who are some of the more obscure guitarist who are great that often get omitted from the above list?

1 Allen Collins (see/listen to Freebird lead that he wrote when he was 19, amazing)
2 Ted Nugent- he can shred his ass off (see "stranglehold")
3 Spock, he can shred, JK
Rory Gallagher- The Irish Jimi. If you like SRV you will love him.

No name artist, but check out Jamie Dupuis, he does a lot of covers so not necessarily original, but his instrument of choice is definitely original, the harp guitar...its an acoustic easy going version of all of your favorite metal and classic rock songs. I love listening to his music. Also Tommy Emmanuel, a pupil of Chet Atkins.

they dont have a bad song, 4 members oozing with talent and Fred prolly had the best rock voice ever.. Its hard to compare but his range and dynamic going from harsh power vocals into a soft falsetto is unmatched by anybody

A lot of people say Delilah is a bad song. I disagree because Freddie, a dying man may I add, was writing about his cat! As a cat lover that song makes me want to curl up into a fetus ball.

yea, his old fireplace mantle, prolly even better because the wood was old and really dried out, older wood was more dense because it grew slower and better for instruments, saw a show on trying to duplicate a Stradivarius
