INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY; WHEN THE STATES VIOLATE THE RIGHTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL, IT IS THE DUTY OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO PROTECT THE INDIVIDUAL, WHEN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT VIOLATES THE RIGHTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL, IT IS THE DUTY OF THE STATES TO PROTECT THE INDIVIDUAL WITHIN ITS STATE. THE BILL OF RIGHTS CANNOT BE DENIED, SINCE ITS ALREADY ESTABLISHED LAW. IT WOULD BE LIKE A STATE IGNORING THE 13TH AMENDMENT AND BRINGING BACK SLAVERY.
