1. The President doesn't abolish laws - That's the responsibility of Congress.
2. Neither the President, nor Congress have any control over state law - and the Sullivan Act is a New York law, not a federal law.

WRONG! The 2nd Amendment is a law, that protects all individuals regardless of state, otherwise a state would have a 10th Amendment right to bring back slavery. If the president can't protect our 2nd Amendment, then he should stop pretending that he will protect all our 2nd Amendment rights.

No he's not. It's the judicial branch that would enforce the 2nd amendment. Congress that the President have nothing to do with it.

Wrong, when the states violate the rights of the individual, it is the duty of the federal government to protect the individual, when the federal government violates the rights of the individual, it is the duty of the states to protect the individual within that state. The Bill of Rights cannot be denied, since its already established law. It would be like a state ignoring the 13th Amendment and bringing back slavery. In which case, the federal government would step in and put an end to this clear violation. I should add, the judicial branch already stated that all Americans have a right to bear arms, yet some states choose to ignore it, so how is the judicial branch supposed to "enforce" their judgement?

The judicial branch, is part of thew federal government, and the part tasked with overturning unconstitutional laws. You refuted nothing I said, rather you do not seem to know how the process for negating laws that violate our rights actually works.

I find it funny, how you want someone to explain to you about the process, but you don't explain the process on protecting our rights? If the state ignores the 13th Amendment and enslaves people, how do we solve this? If the state ignores our religious freedom, by saying a religion isn't allowed, how do you suggest we solve this problem? If the state ignores the 4th Amendment by ignoring warrants, how do you suggest we fix it? If the states ignore our 2nd Amendment, where the state denies us legal access to guns, explain the process in which government, federal, state or judges solve this problem? You are real good at telling us how the process doesn't work, despite our rights being ignored, but I see very little from you on how we protect the rights of the American people across the country.

You file a legal change in court and the law gets a stay in the short term or overturned as unconstitutional in the long term. These are basic enough parts of the system of checks and balances that I should even have to explain it.

No, its his job to protect the bill of rights (laws). The judges who don't allow things, suddenly pops up when government decides to ignore our rights. They might have the might but that don't mean they have the right. These judges are unconstitutional and should be removed from the bench.
