I just bought me a bunch of weird wildlife benefitting plants even though it's too late to plant most, so I asked the nursery to ship them in the spring.

I don't recognize Global Warming as a legit phenomenom, yet I've done more in terms of that which would theoretically help mitigate it than all those I've encountered who claim it is happening combined. In fact, other than FB posts, memes, forum topics, and the occasional march, I've not seen any do anything at all.

Planting trees is a step in the right direction, but it's just donations.
Going back to the 90s I had tried getting various groups (in my school, community gardens, concerned citizens, etc) involved in doing something other than park cleanups on Earth Day, and no takers. I live in the Bronx, so planting anything beneficial for wildlife is needed.
