Weren't they? They were all about keeping Hillary from ever becoming President in the first place. After 8 hearings, none finding anything and doing nothing but prolonging the distrust, it's pretty obvious what the true reasoning was.

Benghazi hearings contained classified information. These whistle-blower testimonies do not.

Both Nixon and Clinton had open impeachment hearings from the start.

Both Clinton and Nixon involved domestic crimes. This is not domestic. All impeachments began with depositions. Both parties have been at all depositions to ask questions and listen.

Cool story bro. He asked for Ukraine to re-open an existing investigation (that predates his election) and to return a server related to 2016 which is being held by a Ukrainian company (also predating his election). Both items are related to possible crimes, which puts the requests squarely within the bounds of a treaty we have with Ukraine to investigate crimes.

The DNC gave their server to CrowdStrike - a Ukrainian computer security company. It's not exactly a secret, it was in all the papers - even the ones that tell the truth (few as they are). The company itself describes their DNC ties.

Anyone who does computer forensics (like me) knows the disk images are all you need. That's what CrowdStrike still has, and it's a piece of evidence that the FBI has never seen.

You must have stopped reading before I said "disk images". That's OK, most people don't understand how it works.

You'll find that in the article under the heading "Do you have the DNC servers?" where they describe disk imaging.

Believe what you want. All of the heavy lifting in my systems is done by server images launched on demand, as system load requires. The physical servers are merely worker nodes - everything important is a server image. These days, anyone doing enterprise CIS is working with server images on clusters.
