They've determined that the root cause is decades of environmental mismanagement that has created a tinderbox of unharvested timber, dead trees, and thick underbrush. All due to policies put in place by the unhinged California Liberals in the name of keeping the forest "natural" and for "conservation".
How do the fires start? The verdict is in and the following, in no particular order, have been found to be the culprits for starting wildfires. Equipment use, debris burning, arson, recreational campfires, homeless camp cooking accidents, fireworks, power lines. Additionally there are things like cigarettes and trailer chains dragging on highways which start some.
Nice try though. I'm sure you'll just go on believing that the bogus fear mongering tactic of man-made climate change is responsible.
