I respect veganism, but the fact is that it just isn't for some people. Often, you'll see vegans to be underweight, having decayed teeth, hair falling off etc, indicating there are serious problems with their diet.

I've been reading studies that veganism isn't really a sustainable way of life long term because eliminating animals and only having a plant based agriculture means land will actually wear out from being over cropped. Rotating crops between plants and animals helps the ecosystem.

Well said. (Intense) agriculture can do quite a lot of damage to the soil. Plus, there's the overpopulation issue. Every species needs a form of regulation (usually a predator of sorts), or they'll be overpopulated and will quickly drain all the resources in a habitat before moving to another habitat and doing the same. Humans are the best example of this. We have no form of regulation whatsoever, and in a dozen decades, we've grown for a few hundred thosands world population to 7-8 billion. And now, our civilization is the great destroyer of the natural world. A literal cancer upon this planet. But that's another story.

Those are probably vegans who didn’t get the right nutrition and were cherrypicked by the MSM to make veganism seem unhealthy. Every man I know in the vegan community is a bodybuilder.

I'm sure there's healthy and unhealthy individuals in every camp from meat eaters to vegans. But you can generalize and say they represent the whole. Every body is different and reacts in various ways to diet.

That's what I'm saying, there's healthy individuals and unhealthy ones who eat meat and those who don't. Often people just try to modify their diet without knowing what macro and micronutrients their bodies need. Best to study the body and it's systems and be sure it gets all the necessary vitamins and minerals.

I saw the comment. And was taken aback at the last part as I didn't see it relevant to veganism. A little TMI and certainly wouldn't convince any ladies to become vegan.

I tried to catch it as quickly as I could, feel free to report anything like this in the future and either myself or another MOD will take care of it.
