Where in the public record is the date he joined Burisma? There are quite a few conflicting reports, including the company's own press release which sets the date at May 12. Not saying you're wrong here, just saying I can't find a clear answer and would love to see the sources this meme cites to clarify.
Do you remember what was happening in Ukraine in 2014? Specifically in March and April of 2014? If you don't, Google it. Aid for Ukraine at that time was a necessity, and was in the works long before. I know it was a long time ago, but there was a time when the president actually worked with Congress to secure funding for things.
Re: the heart of the issue...The prosecutor who opened an investigation of Burisma in August was Vitaly Yarema, who was replaced by Viktor Shokin in February 2015. Shokin refused to properly investigate corruption. In September, the US Ambassador criticized Shokin for it, calling out the investigation into Burisma specifically as an example of him not doing his job.
Bottom line: Joe Biden called for the removal of Shokin (the one who WOULDN'T investigate Burisma), not Yarema (the one who did). And he used US aid as leverage, to make sure that US taxpayer money was being sent to the Ukrainian people who needed it rather than a small group of corrupt oligarchs.
