Now that brings back memories, and yes, I can still smell it. :-)

I remember having one as a kid. Long before gun violence was such an issue in America. I even found at a yard sale a vintage Punisher figure cap gun shooter.

I smell this same smell every time I use the impact gun at work to reinstall the lug nuts on semi trucks. Can't remember whether it was the steel or aluminum wheels, but the impact makes a spark and it smells just like caps
