I’m going to make it work for the best with the pay off, I’m working until next Friday but I’ll be looking at jobs during the day anyway, will be plenty of temp
work with Xmas coming up if I get stuck, but fairly certain I can be back working within the month.
I wasn’t enjoying the job anyway and almost accepted an offer doing something else about 6 weeks ago, until I worked out I’d be £300 a month worse off.

One plus point to 5 years service is the payout. Not huge but enough to be happy with whilst finding a new job.
