No, you're looking at a state that is ranked last in infrastructure in the country. You're looking at an electric company with the second-highest electric rates in the country, that has made billions in profit, without investing in upgrading the grid. A state that has banned control burning, necessary to control wildfires, and ignored best practices from the Bureau of Land Management.
