Guess all my hard work is for naught if I'm trumped by that guy...oh well! I'm not losing any sleep tonight over it ;)

But if that doctor's lights go out his degree won't be worth crap. He'll be calling you ;)

I actually haven't looked up my name since getting married. But you're right! Although I wasn't too disappointed, still on the faculty list at a college I used to teach at, on my church website as leader of a ministry, and no criminal records found, lol.

heh...it never occurred to me to do this, but I did and

well, all that came up was a twitter girl trying to be an Instagram girl, and in the future im planning on being successful, so I think im doing better.

Big key to success? Networking.

This started about because I googled my father's name. He's been retired for 20 years now, but he made it to the top of his chosen profession. He brought many of the people he knew along with him and at one point, he was friends with or had gotten jobs for most of the newspaper publishers and editors on the east coast. He told me it was all about networking. Keeping in touch with professionals that one day may open a door for you and he made sure to open many doors too.

And I consider myself successful, but not enough for google to notice. I'm considered an expert in my field, but it's just not that impressive as being a doctor or a professor.
