I store all my aluminum foil, used and unused, in my microwave. I have two microwaves, though. One is for microwaving and the other is for tin foil storage

My memes always come out come in the center though

I once put a metal spoon in my microwave without realizing it, turned it on and... nothing happened.

I'm not entirely sure why, maybe because it was grounded in the food I'd been stirring with the spoon (mac and cheese iirc), or maybe because the lid was on the tupperware bowl the food and spoon were both in?
