HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

You must not know any AR-15 owners.

In honor of your meme, I think I'll build another AR-15!

Looks like you're going to have to, because Colt's not anymore.

Colt is pausing production because the market is flooded with AR-15 manufacturers. It's simple supply and demand. Colt hasn't stopped, the market is saturated and they're building other guns until it becomes profitable to make them again.

This may be a stretch for you, but try reading the statement again. Take your time, I know you can do it.

"The fact of the matter is that over the last few years, the market for modern sporting rifles has experienced significant excess manufacturing capacity," Colt Defense LLC president and CEO Dennis Veilleux said in a statement Thursday. "Given this level of manufacturing capacity, we believe there is adequate supply for modern sporting rifles for the foreseeable future."

Besides, Colt isn't the go-to brand for AR-15 rifles. BCM, Daniel Defense, JP - those are high-end rifles.

I think I might build another 1911 while I'm at it.

One paragraph is too long? So you prefer being proven wrong then, excellent. One more for the too-lazy-to-try list.

You could have stopped at "none", as I'm sure it encompasses the answer thoroughly.

Soooooooooo... 51% of those polled 'SOMEWHAT favor a mandatory buyback' while 36% are totally opposed. And the article goes on to state just 24% of all polled said it was somewhat likely that most gun owners would turn over their guns to the government, with only 9% thinking they would.

Anyway, how many polled and where?

It was interesting but I'd rather see the actual questions asked.
