They only seam to write/sing songs about loss and heartache.
Songs about heartache can be done really well ( some Motown songs/artists covered negative emotions brilliantly ) but these a-holes just come across as whiny and annoying.

I'll probably get flak for it, but some led zeppelin songs where robert plant is just wailing off key really get to my nerves...yeah, it's his thing, and he's a great singer, and zeppelin is awesome, but seriously some of the wailing is just so far off key and obnoxious...

I get that. Tom Petty is a favorite of mine and he is also number two on my most hated list for one song that will not be mentioned.

Zep is seriously overrated. Great rhythm section tho. I can do without Plant's lyrics and Page's thievery.
