I doubt vaping is worse than cigarettes but maybe it's worth really looking at whether they pose more serious health risks than advertised?

I agree, vaping is unlikely to be worse than smoking cigarettes. President Trump wants vaping banned, yet cigarettes aren't banned despite hundreds of thousands of people dying from smoking-related illnesses every year. And guns are linked to tens of thousands of deaths in the USA every year, yet they're not banned.

I doubt Trump will stick with it. He's complained about alot and has done nothing.

Yeah, the right to own guns is protected constitutionally. Cigarettes and vaping isn't.

Agreed, it's highly doubtful that he'll stick to it ~ he changes his opinion to suit his own interests from one Tweet to the next. Regardless of the second amendment, his call for a ban on vaping is a knee-jerk response which is at odds with his indifference to the deaths caused by cigarette smoking and gun violence.

People know the detriments of smoking cigarettes but if vaping is worse then the manufacturers claim, people should know.

Trump isn't indifferent to gun violence. It's a complicated issue. He did ban bump stocks.

Absolutely, people should be informed if vaping is harmful or worse than smoking cigarettes. While it is complicated, the administration's indifference is in direct correlation to their inaction.

If you ban guns, people will use explosives to harm others. Gang drive-bys will be replaced by throwing pipe bombs. School shootings will be replaced by kids rolling nail bombs into classrooms. People will become like soldiers with PTSD thinking that a bag laying in the street might be an improvised explosive device. You have no clue.

Is that so? I imagine you have lots of evidence to support your claim. Thank God I live in Australia because we don't have people doing anything like that here because they can't access firearms. So it must be something in the Kool-Aid people are drinking in the USA which causes so many people to be violent then, and nothing whatsoever to do with the ease of access to firearms.
