Americans of every race did the same, honor all of them.

I do honor them. I know there were many white people who had a huge hand in the abolition movement. I was mainly talking about black people who still vote Democrat.

Kewl. I agree about the democrats, that has always amazed me. I chalked it up to them being self centered and looking out for themselves over others. People really seem to have bought into the lie that democrats look out for the people and republicans look out for the rich. I see them as two sides of the same coin.

Not really, we have slightly more freedom but we are far from a true democracy.
