Well, for poorer people, we have this thing (in Indonesia we call it a "gayung") to scoop water and then pour it to clean our business.
Richer people, however, have sprays and maybe even bidets if you have more cash to burn. Or wash. You get the point.

No, just water. We wash our hands with soap though
