That's already a law. "Common sense" is a bullshit catch phrase hype term. You can't regulate things you know nothing about and don't understand...which the left has proven time and time again when it comes to firearms. "Common sense" is just trying to put you on the moral high ground of the argument without any qualifications as to what you're talking about.
