Yes, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez represents New York's 14th Congressional District.

The proposed Amazon location was in Long Island City which is in New York's 12th Congressional District, represented by Democrat Carolyn Maloney, not Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Amazon already employs 5000 people throughout NYC, including it's fullfilment center in S.I.
Instead of Queens, it is now going to set up in Manhattan.
It is also opening a warehouse in Hunts Point, tha Bronx.
