Jalapeno poppers...i take jalapenos and stuff them with cream cheese, wrap them in bacon and sprinkle them with some dry rub. then onto the smoker they go for about 30-45 minutes till the bacon is rendered and the cheese is melted. It turns into peppery, spicy, cheesy, bacony, smokey goodness that you can't stop eating. At least I have a hard time stopping, lol
