Mostly sunrise, but I've had one sunset that blew me away. We were on a cruise in the Caribbean, and got to do a timelapse of the sun going down on the horizon, actually saw it turn into a tiny little bright dot, got a "green flash" which are fairly rare, and then it was gone. Sunrise is usually my favorite though, I love being out in the woods pre-dawn in a deer stand, and just watching the forest come to life. The squirrels are usually first up, then the birds, then the larger animals. It's neat to see nature's morning routine :)
