No. Youd need to blockade China with your Navy and stop their Naval trade. Of course you'd need to deal with the Chinese Navy, which is also no joke. China is no third world backwater. It used to be. But now it isnt. It has become a legitimate threat which I can only Applaud Trump for combating, even if the tactic is highly controversial and runs the risk of causing a recession.
