And? Any perceived criticism of someone that happens to be Jewish is antisemitism? Yeah, I don't think so.

It's not the fact that it's "Any perceived criticism." They're trying to put a rat above a Jewish guy, almost like comparing him to a rat, or some other type of vermin. You might even say, "pest." This is a well-known type of slur against Jewish people. An actual rat is an actual pest.

If this was a mere oversight by PETA, then it was a very grave one.

It is stupid, as PETA always is. I just think they could have as easily put a cartoon version of Trump in there but maybe they are slyer than I thought.
