Speaking from my own mistakes, and on advice I was given and did not follow because I was young, stupid, and knew everything already. LOL

Find a classy girl before it's too late or all you'll be surrounded by are roasties in their 20's that have had 754 tinder dates. Just because we are blessed with classy ladies in the think tank doesn't mean it's common.

Also, don't let rejection get you down. Try finding a cutie with bad acne. She'll have a low self esteem and eventually the acne will clear.

If you need more education to do what you want for a living, DO IT! I know 4 years seems like an eternity to you but soon enough that flies by. Invest in your future. I have a feeling it's going to be tough for your generation with all the automaton coming.

Stay away from drugs. It's not just that they can make you feel good, it's about not feeling 'normal' when you're sober. Even pot. Especially before your brain fully develops in your 20's.

You have to be honest with yourself. If you can’t, how do you expect anyone else to? And yes, start saving now as Nixie said. Credit cards are like crack of the financial world. I have two. One is my personal card for emergencies only. I do not carry a balance. The other is my company card. Only used when traveling for the company.

So what does saving get you? Well I own a home with 13 acres of land, two new cars (we pay one car loan at a time and pay it off early, then it’s time for the next one), a boat, and still have several thousand in the bank that grows each week.

Also look for someone that you enjoy being with. Sex ends, looks fade, but I never have grown tired of being with my wife.
