Correct... and "well regulated" means "well organized". Not "increased gun control and limitations". Words have meaning.

That's literally exactly what "regulation" means.

In 2019. Not in 1791. And the militia is to be regulated. Not the right to bear arms.

The militia is "the people", not a formal entity. The right to bear arms not being infringed is a required limitation on any regulation or organization.

Quit cherry picking to suit your own twisted desires.

The militia most certainly were formal entities in 1791. They referred to state-run groups that functioned in lieu of the US's standing army during peacetime.

Well regulated. So people weren't supposed to just do what they want; the door was always open to be careful about how these militia would be supplied.

Incorrect (you were doing well but backslid there)... Well regulated in that the militia would be well organized and called up and used at the discretion of the state (which was then and still is/should be a sovereign entity). But as the second amendment clearly reads, this regulation/organization will not infringe on the rights of the people to keep and bear arms.

Period. End of discussion.

The real story is no one that understands history will turn them in, stop selling, trading or buying them.
