Indeed. To me, if the word is to be taken as in terms of worth, then the generation certainly lowered itnself to a beastial, animal level. Where animals can think nothing else but to fulfill its desire.
To me, a generation is also lost when it prizes sexiness above all else as an epitome of man or womanhood. Unless the next gereration compensates, the country will then be lost.
