I'm not sure who you think is saying they've been getting worse. What people have been saying is that we've been noticing it more starkly either because of technology or because public figures have been emboldening them or both.

I agree, there is way less racism, homophobia, and sexism today.

However, public figures, like Sharpton and some politicians, keep lying to the public and saying how bad things are. They're trying to remain relevant or to divide people into their camp.

We're very much not in agreement on this.
